A construction material distributor needed to establish a long term relationship with a Chinese supplier. Raydwell referred five candidates at a time to the client with a full description of their manufacturing capacities, management structures, product prices and customer service programs. Our consultants even got involved in the business negotiations between our client and the final candidate and provided regulatory and business advice on many items in the draft agreement. Raydwell consultants helped the client select a reputable lab to test the quality of the products, inspected the supplier¡¯s manufacturing facilities, reviewed the previous production records prepared by the supplier, interviewed the management team and reported our findings and recommendations in writing.
