A chemical products distributor sought to establish a long term relationship with a Chinese supplier and would like to obtain more information from the supplier about the product quality, production capacity and the competence of its management team. Raydwell consultants helped the client select a reputable lab to test the quality of the products, inspected the supplier¡¯s manufacturing facilities, reviewed the previous production records prepared by the supplier, interviewed the management team and reported our findings and recommendations in writing. Finally, the distributor was able to start a very successful relationship with the supplier.
 
 
 
 
An electrical instrument manufacturer needed to obtain a better understanding of its potential Chinese customer before they could decide whether or not to take a large order from the customer. Raydwell sent consultants to the Chinese city where the potential customer was located and conducted interviews with the management of the Chinese company based on a question list prepared by Raydwell with reference to the client¡¯s concerns. Raydwell consultants also managed to collect the information about the Chinese company¡¯s operating status from our existing business network in China.
