determine what qualifications the candidates
must have; |

will then post advertisements at appropriate
media to look for potential candidates; |

| |

If
a candidate¡¯s profile corresponds to our requirements,
our consultants will contact the candidate
for telephone interviews and/or face-to-face
interviews; |

| |
|
| |
|
After
pre-selection, Raydwell usually recommend
three candidates to clients for further interviews. |

Our
consultants will not rest until our clients
are satisfied. |
